A long table, a changing pile of seasonal materials, and one project each time: paper lanterns, painted rocks, or a banner with a name across it in letters a foot tall. Staff cut the difficult parts in advance so children spend the session building instead of queuing for the good scissors.

Aimed at ages four to ten. Adults can sit alongside a child or sit off to the side with a coffee and let somebody else be responsible for the glitter. Older siblings get a harder version of the same project rather than being told they are too old for it.
